Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a lightweight, open-source, privacy-friendly analytics tool.
- No cookies — Plausible does not use cookies or any form of persistent identifier.
- No personal data — No IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or personal information are collected or stored.
- EU-hosted — All data is processed on EU-owned infrastructure and never shared with third parties.
- Aggregate only — We see page views and referral sources in aggregate. We cannot identify individual visitors.
Plausible is GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant by design. No cookie banner is needed.
Local Storage (Your Browser)
AXSS DENIED uses your browser's localStorage to save
your learning progress and exam history. This data:
- Stays on your device — Nothing is sent to any server. It never leaves your browser.
- You control it — You can clear all stored data at any time using the "Reset Progress" button on the dashboard, or by clearing your browser data.
- No accounts required — We don't have user accounts, logins, or databases. Your progress is stored locally only.
Data stored: module completion status (e.g.
mod1_quiz), exam results history (up to 20 attempts).
Affiliate Links
Some pages (such as the Careers module) contain affiliate links to third-party learning platforms and resources. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
- Affiliate links are clearly disclosed on the pages where they appear.
- We only recommend resources we genuinely believe are useful for Security+ preparation.
- Affiliate partnerships do not influence the content, recommendations, or educational material on this site.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking service. We do not serve ads.
Donations
We accept voluntary donations via Ko-fi. Donation transactions are processed by Ko-fi and their payment providers (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store any payment information. Ko-fi's privacy policy applies to those transactions.
