Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — which pages are visited and where visitors come from.
- Aggregate statistics only — We look at page views, sessions, and referral sources. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors.
- Cookies — Google Analytics sets first-party cookies
(e.g.
_ga) to distinguish sessions. You can block or delete them in your browser at any time; the site works fully without them. - IP anonymization — GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses.
- Opt out — Use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or any content blocker to opt out entirely.

Local Storage (Your Browser)
AXSS DENIED uses your browser's localStorage to save
your learning progress and exam history. This data:
- Stays on your device — Nothing is sent to any server. It never leaves your browser.
- You control it — You can clear all stored data at any time using the "Reset Progress" button on the dashboard, or by clearing your browser data.
- No accounts required — We don't have user accounts, logins, or databases. Your progress is stored locally only.
Data stored: module completion status (e.g.
mod1_quiz), exam results history (up to 20 attempts).
Affiliate Links
Some pages (such as the Careers module) contain affiliate links to third-party learning platforms and resources. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.
- Affiliate links are clearly disclosed on the pages where they appear.
- We only recommend resources we genuinely believe are useful for Security+ preparation.
- Affiliate partnerships do not influence the content, recommendations, or educational material on this site.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking service. We do not serve ads.
Donations
We accept voluntary donations via Ko-fi. Donation transactions are processed by Ko-fi and their payment providers (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store any payment information. Ko-fi's privacy policy applies to those transactions.
